2.Projects fees (payable to architect),Changing the type of usage of the
land:(The land is agricultural type)Planning permission ect. Therefore this
30% will cover all necessary applications documents. Time for completion of the
first stage:3-4 months.

2nd.payment-30% of the project: Payable at the very beginning of the construction work.

3th.payment-30% of the project: Payable at the finishing of the rough stage or putting the
roof.

4th.payment-10% At receiving the key.


THE PRICE ANNOUNCED DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE PLOT

The time for construction work is 12 months depend of the area and season for starting.
