A custom designed kitchen with marble work surfaces and ancient marble sink, it is supplied with an hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer top, kettle, table and chairs (12 m2), a cosy sitting room features original part exposed stone wall and is furnished with a sofa, fire place and wooden stairs lead to upper floor.
* First floor : main double bedroom (20 m2). The second bedroom (16 m2) opens out onto a sunny panoramic terrace (34 m2), with stone steps that lead down to the garden. Classic designed tiled bathroom with bath, WC, bidet, washbasin (6 m2), panoramic terrace (34 m2).

The apartment is furnished with wooden furniture including antique furnishings in traditional Tuscan style.
