Die Casa Katia liegt in einer ruhigen Urbanisation im oberen Teil des kleinen malerischen Bergdorfes Cómpeta und bietet insgesamt 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Durch seine sehr gute Lage kann man alle Lokalitäten wie zum Bars, Restaurants und das Zentrum Cómpetas auch bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Von der Terasse vor dem Haus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf Competa und umliegende Bergwelt bis hinunter zum nahe gelegenen Mittelmeer.

Die wunderschön gelegene Casa Katia unterteilt sich in 2 Etagen und verfügt über 2 getrennte Eingänge. Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich ein kleines Appartement mit Doppelschlafzimmer, einer kleine aber voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche ensuit. Am Eingang gibt es einen kleinen Wintergarten der an kälteren Tagen Schutz bietet.

In der oberen Etage der Casa Katia finden wir das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Couchecke, offenem Kamin und SAT TV. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man Zugang zu der voll ausgestatteten Küche. Geht man durch die Küche hindurch gelangt man in den grossen Wintergarten, welcher fantastische Ausblicke auf den Ort Competa und die nahegelegene Küste bietet. Das Obergeschoss komplettiert sich mit 2 Doppelschlafzimmern (davon eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Gäste-WC.

Das grosse Grundstueck ist komplett eingezäunt, um das Haus herum der wunderschön bepflanzte Garten mit gepflasterten Wegen und lauschigen Ruheplätzen. Neben dem grossen privaten Pool gibt es ausserdem einen Grillplatz. Von der Terrasse mit dem Pool haben Sie einen wirklich fantastischen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und die nahegelegene Mittelmeerküste.

Situada en la parte alta de Cómpeta , en la circumbalación que rodea el pueblo, se encuentra Casa Katia , a tan solo 500 m. del centro. Atractiva casa de vacaciones con espléndidas vistas de Cómpeta y del paisaje de la región.

Casa Katia , con capacidad para 6 personas, distribuida en dos plantas, nos ofrece un amplio y acogedor interior. En su primera planta hay un pequeño estudio el cual a la entrada tiene una pequeña terraza cubierta, una vez dentro hay una cocina pequeñita pero bien equipada, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un baño ensuit,en la planta superior nos econtramos un amplio salon con chimenea, dos dormitorios dobles uno de ellos con dos camas individuales y el otro con cama de matrimonio,un baño principal con ducha y un aseo. Se completa con la cocina desde la cual se accede a una gran terraza cubierta y desde esta a un bonito y privado jardin con una peculiar y comoda barbacoa.

A destacar su jardin y sus varias terrazas exterioriores con su piscina privada, desde donde se pueden disfrutar de espléndidas vistas al mar y a las motañas. Al anochecer podremos deleitarnos con las románticas puestas de sol sobre el Mediterraneo, únicas en esta zona que nos haran disfrutar de una magnífica y relajante estancia.

Desde Casa Katia se puede bajar a Cómpeta a pié, aunque no debemos olvidar que el regreso será subiendo y es siempre un poco más cansado; la distancia al centro del pueblo es de aprox. 500 mtrs.
