On the Småland highlands not far from the amusement-park Astrid Lindgren´s World and the famous author’s native place, lays our beautiful genuine Småland-cottages in a cultivated landscape with an unique flora and a developed net of dirt-tracks, forests with berries and mushrooms and nearness to many great lakes where you can go canoeing, row a boat, bath or go fishing. There are many places that invites to stillness and recreation not more than 350 km from Trelleborg, Malmö or Stockholm or 240 km from Göteborg. The distance to Västervik with it’s wonderful archipelago is only 80 km. In Västervik you can make a roundtrip with mailboat and get a glimpse of the landscape and the ordinary life in the archipelago.
Sjöäng is a big wonderful house, 130 square-meters, built 1930, surrounded by a beautiful old garden in 2.000 acres. It’s about 40 meters to one of the lake Belen’s beaches, which also has a boat place with boat. The house is placed solitary in the outskirt of the village Bellö, approximately 100 meters to the nearest neighbour. In Hjältevad, about ten kilometres away, there are shops, retail shop selling wines and spirits, post office, bus- and train connections. The house has four rooms and a kitchen. From the kitchen-entrance on the ground there is a small hall with wc. The kitchen is big and spaciously with a charming old fashion style. There is a kitchen sofa, table with chairs for up to six people, wood-stove, electric stove with three plates and oven and complete kitchen utensils. The living room has a comfortable sofa, stove and TV and radio-cd-player, big dining-room suite for up to eight people. The bedroom on the ground floor has a stove and two single-beds. In one bedroom on the upper floor there is a double bed, old cast iron stove and a small wardrobe. In the other bedroom there is a double bed with a tiled stove. There is also a small hall with wardrobe and a bathroom. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, WC, washbasin and a bathtub. In the big hall there is a wardrobe and an exit to the balcony. On the yard there are several outhouses like woodshed and garage. Wood; boat for up to five persons and fishing licence are included.

Ausstattung Ferienhaus Sjöäng
Das wunderschöne 130 m 2 Haus wurde 1930 gebaut und liegt in einem 2000 m 2 großen uneinsehbaren Garten mit Blumen, Obstbäumen und Ziersträuchern. Zum Seeufer es Bellen ist es nur 40 m und zum großen kinderfreundlichen Badeplatz sind es 300 m. Ein Ruderboot für 4-5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Das Haus hat einen Haupt- und einen sog. Kücheneingang. In der Regel betritt man das Haus am Kücheneingang. Hier ist auch ein kleiner Flur mit Toilette. Die zauberhafte Wohnküche im ländlichen Charme hat einen Esstisch mit Platz bis zu 6 Personen, einen Holz- und Elektroherd und ist selbstverständlich mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet u. a. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl-Gefrierkombination.
Das große Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen bietet ein bequemes Ecksofa, deutsches Satellitenfernsehen und Radio-CD-Spieler sowie einen großen Esstisch für 6 Personen.
Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ebenso einen Kachelofen und zwei Einzelbetten.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Das
eine Schlafzimmer hat einen Kachelofen, das andere einen gusseisernen Ofen und eine kleine Kleiderkammer. Vom kleinen Flur mit Garderobe kommt man ins Bad mit Toilette, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Der geräumige Treppenhausflur hat einen Ausgang zum Balkon sowie eine große Garderobe.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Post ist im 10 km entfernten Ort Hjältevad. Hier ist auch eine Bahn- und Busstation.
Das Haus ist geeignet für bis zu 6 Personen.
